In short

How to get a Spanish residence permit in 2026

Spanish residence permits are issued on specific grounds: the digital nomad visa for remote work, non-lucrative residence on passive income, studies, employment, family reunification, or arraigo after years in the country. The route is the same: choose the grounds, gather the documents (criminal record certificate, health insurance, proof of funds, sworn translations and apostilles), apply at a consulate or inside Spain, and collect the TIE card after approval. Step by step in the residence guide. A ReloVictory consultation: the first 15 minutes free, a full 45 minutes €121.

How we work

How we handle residence permits: four steps from first conversation to decision

All services
  1. Consultation

The first 15 minutes are free: we look at your goal, your family and your documents.

  2. Estimate and contract

We price each case individually; fees and translations are listed separately. You sign the estimate and the contract before work starts.

  3. Documents and application

We prepare the file and submit it where the law allows a representative. Where you have to apply in person, we go with you.

  4. The authority’s decision

We stay in touch until the final decision. Corrections and resubmission are included in the price; appeals are not.

First 15 minutes free

Tell us about your situation: we’ll talk it through and prepare a list of questions for the lawyer. The lawyer gives a legal opinion after the contract is signed. This is an introductory call with no obligation. Payment terms are described in questions and answers.
