NEXO Global Advisory SL is a relocation centre in Barcelona. We work with private individuals, most often families, less often companies. Many clients live in Russia or Ukraine, so part of the work is done remotely. We see clients in Barcelona, also work in Málaga and Valencia, and speak Russian, Spanish and English.
We are not a law firm. ReloVictory handles the contract, the estimate and communication with you; the legal side is handled by our team’s lawyer, and tax and administrative matters by our team’s tax and administrative specialist (graduada social). You can see who is responsible for each stage and know what the price includes before you sign the estimate.
We do not present ourselves as a government body and do not promise decisions that the authorities make.

We file on your behalf where the law allows a representative: with a notarised power of attorney, through apud acta or through a registered representative (Article 197.4 of the Reglamento). Where you must apply in person (consulate, arraigo under Article 130.1), we prepare the documents and accompany you. NEXO Global Advisory SL has a cooperation agreement with the lawyer and the tax and administrative specialist.

Founder and director
Victoria completed the 600-hour “Máster en Derecho de Extranjería e Inmigración” programme at the Escuela de Postgrado de Ciencias del Derecho (2021 diploma). A 2021 API Catalunya certificate confirms that she was assigned real estate agent number 3669 by a 2019 decision. She coordinates ReloVictory’s work; legal services are provided by the team’s lawyer.
