Editorial policy

How we prepare articles, check sources and update our content.

Draft text. The company’s lawyer approves the final version before the website launches.

How the library works

The journal has articles on 15 topics: relocation, documents, non-lucrative residence, the digital nomad visa, work, study, family, arraigo, renewals and long-term residence, tax, banking and money, housing, business, life in Barcelona, and points specific to Russian and CIS nationals. The main language is Russian, and every article has Spanish and English versions. Each article has its own address, a description, and links to related material and to official sources.

Who is responsible for the texts

Texts and terms are approved by Victoria, the founder of ReloVictory, together with the team. Victoria has a legal education but is not a lawyer. The articles have not yet been individually reviewed by a lawyer, so each one lists its primary sources and the date they were checked, and no article replaces advice on your own case.

Primary sources first

Legal explanations rely first of all on the BOE and official bodies. The consolidated BOE text is convenient to read but is for reference only: in practice, the official publications and the facts of the case are what count. [1] [2] [3]

Figures that change every year (minimum wage, fees, income thresholds) come from a single data source on the site and are updated together. The update date is shown next to the figures.

What the articles do not contain

The articles contain no invented client stories, reviews, success rates or promised approval times. We do not present general material as individual advice. Reviews and case studies are published only with the client’s consent and without revealing their identity.

How we update articles

When the law or practice changes, we first correct the article and the related service pages, and only then change the review date. We do not leave outdated instructions under a new date. The date the sources were checked is shown at the top of every article.

If you find a mistake

Write to us at info@relovictory.com or on WhatsApp or Telegram at +34 613 625 197: tell us the page and what is wrong. We will check it and correct the text.
